Ruth has 35 years experience in the food industry with a unique skill set working in kitchens, laboratories and production units as well as offices and boardrooms.
Previous roles include being a Chef, Food technologist, Home Economist, Applications Specialist. She is a member of related trade associations for HE and FT, a judge on the Quality Food Awards, Ecotrophilia & IFST Young Scientist of the Year (amongst others). Her passion is to solve issues, improve quality and standards across the food and drink industry.
